Welcome to this private 2 bedroom villa in Torreblanca with a great view of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola coastline.Torreblanca is a quiet and natural area of Fuengirola which is popular with holidaymakers seeking tranquility close to life. The beach is only 10min walk from the house, where there is also a large selection of lovely restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store which is open every day of the week. The 8km long promenade is one of the Costa Del Sol´s most popular as it is incredibly walk friendly and well maintained.You can rent bicycles and electric scooters if you want to discover it without going.The train station is 15min walk away and a couple of stations away is the Fuengirola Center and on the other side you will come directly to Malaga Airport and Malaga City. There are also buses to Fuengirola and the nearest bus stop is just 400m from the house.When you enter the gates from the street you will be greeted by a staircase of young fruit trees to the left and the view straight ahead. You enter the first terrace with lounge furniture where you also enter the house.When you step in through the door you will be greeted by an open plan with the sofa bed and TV with international channels directly to the left as well as a lovely view from the large windows, straight ahead you have the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as coffee maker, toaster, kettle fridge and freezer etc. There are 2 further terraces, one with exit from the kitchen and the other one downstairs.There are 2 bedrooms where both have a double bed and storage as well as a bathroom with shower.The house is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in every room, WIFI, Smart TV, fridge / freezer and much more.The cleaning fee includes a set of towels and sheets per person.
