Welcome to the apartment of your dreams, best imaginable location and views of the beautiful square and church of Los Boliches from both the balcony. Los Boliches, a neighborhood in Fuengirola, is known for having one of the Costa del Sol's best beaches (Playa los boliches) that stretches along the promenade where you can rent bicycles / electric vehicles, eat good food from all over the world, shop and much more.When you step in through the door you are greeted by the open and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island with bar, dishwasher, stove and oven as well as a large fridge and freezer. The living room consists of several comfortable armchairs and a smart TV and leads out to the balcony with large sliding doors which provides a lovely space. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the church square and Los Boliche's church as well as avenida de los boliches. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds as well as A / C and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine.The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, Smart TV, A / C, Dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. The roof terrace is not private (but nobody else uses it) and it has access from outside the flat. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms, not in the living room.
