Only 35 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. 10 minutes by car to central Fuengirola.

The popular slightly smaller town of La Cala is a 5-minute drive west towards Marbella. Here, the Andalusian charm still lives on from the time when La Cala was a small fishing village. Small cozy restaurants, shops and a nice beach strip to take walks on. If you want a trip to Marbella, it is only 23 km away.

The apartment has a terrace of 12 square meters in the south. It is located at the top of the house and has a wonderful view of the Mijas Costa coast and the Mediterranean Sea. Some evenings you can also glimpse the Atlas mountains in the distance.

This is a perfect accommodation if you want to live a bit calmer but still close to the beach, the nature and golf. This is an ideal location for families, couples but also an excellent base for golfers.

Within a short walking distance of the residence there are a couple of minimarkets plus a couple of restaurants. Close to one of these minimarkets is also the area's taxi station.

No parking concerns here. Free parking on the street below the apartment.

If you take a 500m walk into the green ravine, you reach the Mediterranean Sea and Le Charcòn Beach. There you have everything that you as a guest can wish for. Good food and drink in a pleasant environment. Access to sun loungers, water sports activities, massage, WC / shower, good music and even live bands / entertainment in the evenings.

The swimming pool area is located directly below the house. A swimming pool for the big ones, and a pool for those who are a bit smaller. Free sun loungers, shower and WC. In this area, only a few buildings have access. Here you get your own key.

In the bedroom facing the nice courtyard there is a large closet for storage as well as a comfortable and generous king size bed.
