Welcome to this newly renovated apartment on the first shoreline with Fuengirola's best location, here you will want to live centrally with proximity to the beach, marina, entertainment, train station and everything else that Fuengirola has to offer.

The apartment is centrally located just above Fuengirola's Marina, where in addition to a vibrant nightlife and bars, you also have a wide range of restaurants along the famous Calle Moncayo. Nearby is also Plaza Chinorros (see photos) which is our favorite place to have dinner and hang out with friends. Nearby there are also several grocery stores such as Mercadona, mascom etc.It takes just under 5 minutes to walk to Fuengirola Train Station, where trains run every 20 minutes to the airport, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga City.

When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a bright and modern apartment, the compact but fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, spacious refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook on holiday.
Furthermore, you have the living room with a large wall-mounted smart TV, comfortable sofa with armchairs and 2 single beds in a sleeping alcove with blackout curtains.
On the glazed balcony you see the sea and Fuengirola's marina, here you have a practical bar table where you can have breakfast with unbeatable views.
There is a double bedroom and a completely renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with fast WIFI, A / C in all rooms, coffee maker, access to communal pool (seasonal) and much more.

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
