Welcome to this lovely apartment in the newly built Urbanization Navigolf, just a stone's throw from Calanova golf and central La Cala de Mijas and all that the city has to offer.

The area around the urbanization is calm and harmonious with a Calanova Golf which is an 8-hole course, the marketplace with a market every Wednesday and Saturday, 2 own paddle courses inside the area and a year-round pool. La Cala de Mijas is just a 10-minute walk away and there is a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.The beach in La Cala is one of the best on the whole Costa Del Sol and the whole beach has a blue flag which is a quality stamp of the EU where they measure water quality, accessibility, sand and service (restaurants, toilets etc.)

When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker and microwave. There is a dining area as well as a large comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. From the living room you come out to the first balcony with nice dining area, large barbecue and a view of the golf course.There are 3 bedrooms where the masterbedroom has a double bed and 2 of the bedrooms have single beds that are pulled out to double beds, both bedrooms also lead out to the second terrace with a comfortable lounge group, afternoon sun as well as views of the pool area and paddle tennis courts.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Smart-TV, washing machine and dishwasher and much more.

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
