Welcome to this lovely studio apartment with pool next to the popular "Paloma Park" in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena.

The picturesque town of Arroyo de la Miel is one of the three districts that make up the city of Benalmádena. Located between Benalmádena Pueblo and Benalmádena Costa, this bustling city is full of winding back streets and beautiful squares that give a glimpse of what it looked like before. Near the apartment is the well-known "Paloma Park" with free-range hens, cacti and a variety of vegetation. Just around the corner there are cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.It takes only 12 minutes to walk down to the beach and just 11 minutes to the train station in Arroyo de la Miel.

When you enter the apartment you have the well-equipped kitchen right on the right, here you have coffee maker, toaster, micro and much more for cooking, to the left you have a bathroom with bath and shower. straight ahead you have the lounge but a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, tv and internet. The balcony is glazed with openable windows to allow you to enjoy the view all year round. The building is manned around the clock and the pool is seasonal.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C, washing machine, WIFI, TV, oven and micro as well as much more.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The pool cards are borrowed from the reception for a deposit of 15 €
